Q: What sizes do your basketballs/footballs come in?
A: Basketballs: Size 3 (kids), 5 (youth), 7 (adult). Footballs: Size 3 (kids), 4 (youth), 5 (adult/match). Check Shopify product pages for details.
Q: Are your balls suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
A: Yes! Our basketballs/footballs have durable rubber or composite surfaces—ideal for courts, parks, or turf. Marked “Indoor-Outdoor” on Shopify.
Q: How many shuttlecocks are in a pack, and are they durable?
A: Packs have 6/12 shuttlecocks (feather or nylon). Nylon options last longer for casual play; feather for competitive use.
2. Care & Maintenance
Q: How to inflate balls properly without damaging them?
A: Use the included needle—basketballs to 7-9 PSI, footballs to 8-10 PSI. Over-inflation causes leaks; under-inflation affects bounce.
Q: Can shuttlecocks be stored to avoid damage?
A: Keep in a cool, dry place. Feather shuttlecocks avoid humidity (they absorb moisture and break easily); nylon ones resist water.
Q: How to clean dirty balls?
A: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals—they damage the surface grip.
3. Orders & Shipping (Shopify)
Q: How to track my sports gear order?
A: A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status via your Shopify order confirmation or our “My Account” page.
Q: Where do orders ship from, and how long is delivery?
A: We ship from 5 Loris Way, Silkstone, 4304. 1-2 days (domestic); 3-6 days (EU); 5-8 days (U.S./Australia).
Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Yes—free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £50 / US$65 (applies to all balls and badminton gear).
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my ball arrives leaking or deflated?
A: Send photos to acumen-tipper-8a@icloud.com within 48 hours. We’ll ship a replacement or process a refund via Shopify Payments.
Q: Can I return unused shuttlecocks?
A: Yes—30-day returns for unopened packs. Email first for a return label—we cover shipping for defective items.

Q: Do balls come with inflation needles?
