1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 100+ countries/regions globally, including the UK, EU, U.S., and Australia. Remote areas (e.g., rural territories) may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Silkstone facility (5 Loris Way, Silkstone, 4304) or partner warehouses.
  • Timeline: 1-2 business days (domestic); 3-6 business days (EU); 5-8 business days (U.S./Australia).
  • Protective Packaging: Balls in deflated (with inflation needles) + padded bags; shuttlecocks in moisture-proof boxes; all in rigid cartons to avoid damage.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £50 / US$65 (applies to all sports gear).
  • Orders under the threshold: £4.99 (domestic); £8.99 (EU); £11.99 (U.S./Australia) (includes specialized packaging).
  • Express Shipping: £16.99 / US$22 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (select at Shopify checkout).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account. For delayed orders or damaged gear, email acumen-tipper-8a@icloud.com with photos.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient.
  • Address Accuracy: Wrong addresses cause delays—£7 / US$9 re-shipping fee applies.
