By purchasing our basketballs, footballs, or badminton gear via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.

1. Account & Shopify Platform

  • Registration: Provide accurate details when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new shipping address for team basketball sets).
  • Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment processing, account security, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., size 5 footballs, shuttlecock packs) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
  • Payments: Prices are final at checkout. Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
  • Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 7% fee (covers deflation/packaging for balls).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Specifications: Product details (ball size, shuttlecock material, inflation level) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations in ball panels are normal.
  • Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Silkstone hub (5 Loris Way, Silkstone, 4304) is not for delivery. A £7 / US$9 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, original packaging); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., leaking balls, broken shuttlecocks).
  • Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items. For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
  • Ineligible Items: Used balls (scuffed surfaces), opened shuttlecock packs, or missing inflation needles are refused.

5. Liability & Updates

  • Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for damage from over-inflation or rough use. Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
  • Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
